By accessing, viewing or otherwise using this Website, you are agreeing to the Terms.  From time to time, the Foundation may, without advance notice, supplement or make changes to these Terms and other rules or access and use procedures concerning this Website.  Any updates to these Terms shall be posted on the Website.  You acknowledge your responsibility to review these Terms, from time to time, and to be aware of any such changes.  The Foundation reserves the right to terminate access to this Website or take other actions it reasonably believes necessary to comply with the law or to protect its rights or those of its customers.
